His organization has created and delivered more than 900 workshops and training programs that have been utilized by thousands of executives, managers and sales leaders. Les is also the founder of The Power of Focus Leadership Training Program, a unique focusing system for business leaders who want greater profits, less stress and more time off! The Power of Focus has worked with more than 300 companies in Canada, United States, Australia, the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Les is an international bestselling author. His first book, The Power of Focus, co-authored with Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen (creators of Chicken Soup for the Soul), has sold more than 750,00 copies in North America and is available in 19 languages. There are currently 6 books in the series. Les has conducted audio business seminars for Trump University, the home-study business school created by billionaire Donald Trump. Other clients he has spoken for include Wells Fargo, The Million Dollar Round Table, Investors Group, Halliburton and Cameron Inc.
As a professional coach, Les prompts, challenges, and supports his clients to make the changes required for consistent success (especially the changes they are resisting!). He has personally coached hundreds of business leaders to achieve exceptional profits and productivity.

JACK ST ARNAUD
Co-Founder Global Hangout
Jack St. Arnaud developed his entrepreneurial skills at an early age. At 17 he was flying planes and a year later began his own agricultural business. Jack has won numerous awards for showing some of Canada’s top livestock and his expertise was acknowledged by being selected to judge many top National Shows.
Jack’s foray into the direct sales industry began in 1989. He rose to the top very quickly building an organization of more than 300,000 people worldwide, using many of the principles taught by his friend and business coach, Les Hewitt. Jack is passionate about helping others succeed and has travelled to numerous countries sharing his story and proven success strategies.
Jack enjoys setting high standards for himself. As a founder of Global Hangout, he brings these same standards, expectations and vast experience to this exciting new venture.
His other priorities include health and fitness and a strong commitment to family values, having been married to his high school sweetheart, Colleen, for 34 years.
Chief Marketing Officer
Troy Kearl brings nearly two decades of networking and technical expertise to Global Hangout. He has served as Vice President of Japan Operations for a large MLM company where he developed all of the field leadership.
Troy also provides tremendous technical expertise to Global Hangout in his role as Chief Marketing Officer, including advanced social networking systems and next-generation website designs. Troy won an international multimedia competition held by Apple Computer and was asked to evangelize multimedia at MacWorlds around the globe. In the 1990’s, Troy served as Vice President of Research and Development for Avalon Digital Marketing Systems, the largest rich-media e-mail advertising company in the world.
Prior to a focus on technology, Mr. Kearl was a Japanese translator. He attended the University of Utah and has a minor in Japanese.
Director of Affiliate Relations
Dan Taggart began his entrepreneurial career in 1990 when he co-founded Infobases, Inc., an electronic publishing company, that quickly became the predominant electronic publisher in their market niche. In recognition of their success and rapid growth, Infobases received a prestigious Inc. 500 “Fastest Growing Companies” award in 1995. Taggart went on to raise over $8 million in venture capital for Infobases and assisted in acquiring three other niche publishing companies before finally selling his interest in the company in 1996.
In early 1997, Taggart and another partner invested in a small but highly respected genealogy book publisher named Ancestry. After recapitalizing the business, they immediately began transforming this traditional print publishing business into a high-tech “dot com”. Their vision was to create the largest community for family history enthusiasts on the Internet. Taggart helped put together a world class management team, raised more than $90 million in venture capital, and developed one of the most successful affiliate programs of all time, building their subscription service to more than 2 million active members. Ancestry.com recently sold for 1.6 Billion.
In recognition or his achievements as an entrepreneur, Taggart was awarded the Ernst & Young Utah Entrepreneur of the Year in the category of e-commerce in 2000.
During the course of his entrepreneurial career, Taggart has served in many senior management positions, including President/CEO, COO, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Product Development, VP of Business Development, and VP of Business Strategy. He has abundant experience in building and managing high growth online companies, and specializes in identifying emerging technologies to create disruptive models.
In the past decade Taggart has leveraged his experience at Infobases and Ancestry.com in building several other business, serving on various corporate boards, speaking at entrepreneurial conferences, and consulting and advising internet and direct sales organizations. He currently owns a successful online retail business that utilizes sophisticated business intelligence software, process automation and end-to-end systems integration to maximize profitability while minimizing overhead and risk.
Taggart graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations. He now resides in Highland, Utah with his wife of 24 years and their children.
